Placerville has the Cary House Hotel and a Best Western Plus. There is the Holiday Inn Express in El Dorado Hills and there is the KOA Campground in Placerville.

We recommend carpooling but Uber/Lyft work well. Limos and buses welcome with advance notice. 

We are sorry, pets are not welcome at the venue, as it is a working horse ranch and there are various protected water fowl on the lake.  Service animals are welcome with proof of certification.

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue. Food trucks will be on hand as well as two bars for your convenience. Sealed water bottles are welcome, but no coolers.

There is no assigned seating.  Guests are welcome to bring a lawn chairs, and pop up tents are allowed lakeside only, not on the main concert venue.
